Installation
First of all be sure that you have Paint.NET installed. If not – download and install it from this link
After that download the plug-in from here:
Unzip and pit the DLL file to your Effects folder – on default this is: C:\Program Files\Paint.NET\Effects
Start Paint.NET, go to menu item Effects and you have to see something like that:
